Philos aims to provide the best service. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact the Philos Customer Support team so you can be helped as soon as possible.
Philos is working on expanding the shipping coverage and hopes to offer worldwide shipping soon.
Philos currently does not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders outside the Netherlands are shipped with UPS, while deliveries within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL.
Returns
Yes, you can return unused products within 30 days of receiving them. For details on how to process your return, please review the Philos Returns Policy on the Returns page.
You can return products within 30 days of receiving them. Items can be returned in-store during opening hours with your order number or receipt, or by contacting the Philos Customer Support team with your order number to initiate the return. Ensure the items are properly packed and in their original condition. Once Philos receives the returned products, your refund will be processed.
If it has been more than 14 days since you notified Philos of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact the Philos Customer Support team for assistance.
Your refund will be processed no later than 14 days after Philos receives your return notice. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Payments
Philos accepts the following payment options:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Union Pay
While other credit cards are not directly accepted, you can add them to your PayPal account and pay through PayPal on the Philos website.
You can make payments in the following currencies based on your location:
- EUR: Netherlands, Europe, and Rest of the World.
- HUF, CZK, BGN, RON, PLN, GBP, SEK, CHF, DKK: Other European countries.
- USD: United States.
- CAD: Canada.
- GBP: United Kingdom.
For orders shipped to the UK, US, and Canada, import duties may apply depending on local customs regulations. While taxes are included in the price, any additional import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Philos. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential duties before placing your order.
Payment failures can happen for various reasons. Please contact the Philos Customer Service team for assistance.
After placing an order, you will receive an order summary in your confirmation email. If you need an invoice, reach out to the Philos Customer Service team.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your bank. The refund will be returned to the same account used for payment.
My Order
To place an order, select the product(s) you would like to buy by clicking “Add to Cart.” You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you are ready, go to your shopping cart and click “Checkout.” Enter your contact information and shipping address, then choose your preferred shipping method. Next, provide your credit card details, select your billing address, and finalize your order.
If you are unable to add specific products to your cart, it means those items are currently sold out. Feel free to contact the Philos Customer Support Team, and you will be notified when the item is back in stock.
You will receive a Track and Trace code once your order has been shipped.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that Philos has received your order and is in the process of fulfilling it.
Sizing
Please consult the sizing chart for the specific item you are interested in. Philos Running Clothing is true to size, but if you are uncertain about which size to select, do not hesitate to reach out to the Philos Customer Support team for assistance.
Care
To care for your Philos Running apparel, machine wash cold without fabric softener, hang to dry, and avoid ironing, dry cleaning, bleaching, or tumble drying.
Transparency
The fabrics used for the Philos Running apparel are sourced from the south of France.
The Philos running shoes are made in Italy, while the clothing is expertly crafted in Portugal.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact the Philos Customer Support team as soon as possible. Depending on whether your order has already been dispatched, Philos can assist with modifications or cancellations for orders that have not yet been processed.
If you find that your order is defective, please contact the Philos Customer Support team, and you will be guided through the next steps.
If you received the wrong order, please let us know right away. Afterward, you will need to return the incorrect order and place a new one.
