All Philos orders are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery service.

Orders within the United States are shipped domestically from the US. We offer complimentary shipping on all US orders over $200. Taxes and duties are included in the price.

Orders within Europe and the United Kingdom are shipped from our Amsterdam warehouse. We offer complimentary PostNL Express shipping within the Netherlands and complimentary shipping on all European orders over €200. Taxes and duties are included for UK orders.

For the rest of the world, we offer complimentary UPS® Express shipping on orders over $300. Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

If your country is not listed at checkout and you’d like to place an order, please contact us at info@philos.run, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country, with an estimated delivery of 1–2 business days within Europe, 1–3 business days for the United States and Canada, and 2–5 business days for the rest of the world. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

The expected delivery timeline can be found below. Please note that delivery times are estimates. Philos ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your Philos package arrives incomplete or damaged due to shipping, please save the shipping box, the products, and their outer packaging. Contact us within 5 business days, and we will assist you further.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit or after arrival. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. If they are unable to assist, please contact us once the claim is filed, and we will help you from there.
