All Philos orders are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, tracked shipping service. We offer free shipping on orders over €250 - no code needed, it will automatically apply at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country, with an estimated delivery of 3 to 4 business days within Europe. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. The expected delivery timeline can be found below. Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates.
Philos ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your Philos package arrives incomplete or damaged due to shipping, please save the shipping box, the products, and their outer packaging. Contact us within 5 business days, and we will assist you further.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit or after arrival. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. If they are unable to assist, please contact us once the claim is filed, and we will help you from there.
