Returns
All Philos apparel and footwear is designed for enduring quality and performance. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
Please note that return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer and will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the item is faulty or an error was made by Philos Running.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted or refunded. We will either exchange the item(s) or issue a refund, minus shipping costs and any applicable fees.
Returns submitted without prior communication may incur a deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the item.
To avoid damage during transit, please use a suitable shipping box. Both the returned item(s) and packaging must remain in a new, unused condition. If the item shows signs of use or is damaged beyond necessary inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the diminished value of the product.
Once we receive and approve your return, it will take approximately 5 days to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
